The ingredients you will need are:

  • A 3cm piece of fresh ginger
  • ½ teaspoon green tea
  • 2 cups of water
  • Few drops of lemon juice(only if you enjoy that tangy flavor)
  • 2 teaspoon jaggery

 

As we move on to explain the process of making it, you will be surprised to see how easy it really is! Pour water in a pot, add the ginger, green tea and jaggery and bring the water to a boil! After boiling the water for about a minute, you can turn off the heat! Now, you need to decide how strong the taste and smell you want of the ginger. The stronger you want, the more you will have to boil! Once done, pour it in a cup and enjoy! That’s it! The Ayurvedic ginger tea is ready for you to enjoy!
