THE THREE AYURVEDIC DOSHAS

It is a special and unique blend that makes us what we are or what our identity is. Essentially, every individual has one essential type of doshas that makes up their own consistency.
THE VATA DOSHA
Vata means wind. Vata is liable for body movement, blood circulation, and nervous and immune systems regulation. When your Vata is out of control, it has a thin body and dry skin, cold hands, and poor blood circulation.
HOW TO BALANCE YOUR VATA
One can balance their vata simply by bringing up stability and warmth and a proper diet in their life. A simple diet and good sleep can cure the problems of Vata. The simple diet of Vata includes warm drinks like milk and soups and fresh raw nuts and herbal tea, and sweet fruits. It is good to avoid cold food and drinks and mainly caffeine content beverages.
THE PITTA DOSHA
Pitta dosha means fire. It primarily controls hormone level, heartbeat, body temperature, and skin quality. It is also accountable for healthy digestion and liver function. The people with presiding pitta dosha tend to have medium height and weight with charmness, and they are also good at administrating and also a good speaker. If Pitta is out of control, one can face heartburn, fever, high blood pressure, and skin rashes. One can also suffer from frustration and irritation, and anger issues.
HOW TO CONTROL PITTA DOSHA
Herbal teas, refreshing foods, mostly vegetarian food, and milk can take control over pitta dosha. One must try refreshing iced latte or chilled milk or ice creams. But alcohol, hot spicy food, hot drinks, and pickles should be avoided.
THE KAPHA DOSHA
Kapha means water. It keeps the body moist and also maintains the structure of the body. It basically resides within the stomach. However, it also supervises the throat, chest, lymph, pancreas, and head.
Excessive Kapha can lead to diabetes, heart problems, and high cholesterol with obesity.
HOW TO CONTROL KAPHA DOSHA
Dry food and raw fruit can help you with Kapha problems. It is good to get more spicy food in winter. Sweet and fatty oiled food should be avoided.
